At TETHiK, innovation isn’t limited to a department — it’s a mindset shared by everyone.
We recently launched a fun and engaging company-wide Ideathon, inviting every team member to pitch a meaningful IT product idea designed to solve real-world problems and create tangible value.
The goal was simple:
Encourage creativity, practical thinking, and innovation across the entire organization.
Participants were asked to conceptualize a helpful application and present their ideas through a structured PowerPoint covering:
